All elements of the website and the software (text, graphics, logo, code) are the exclusive property of the publisher. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited. Data uploaded by clients remains their property.

5. Liability

The publisher strives to ensure that the information published on the website is accurate, without being able to guarantee that it is complete. The dashboards produced by the software are based on the files uploaded by each client, who remains responsible for their content and their right to use them.

6. Personal data

The data we collect, how long we keep it, our security measures and your rights are described in our privacy policy.

7. Governing law

This legal notice and these terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
